The Knight

My favorite character from The Canterbury Tales is the Knight. I like him the best because he seems like a nice person to be around, unlike most of the characters in the book. I also like him because he does what he is supposed too and nothing else. Since he is a knight he goes and fights battles and nothing else. I like how his character his nothing particularly special to it. The Knight is probably the most straightforward character in the book because he is what you would expect him to be, a knight that goes and fights in battles and little else.

I think that the Knight is also the character who has stood the test of time better than any of the other characters. This is because his character is so simple that it is very common to have a character similar to the Knight in many other books. It would be hard to not have a character that is not like the Knight in some way. He does not have any special traits or abilities but he also has no real character flaws to speak of. This makes his character very easy to replicate because of his simplicity. In The Canterbury Tales, the Knight is a very average character and that is what makes his character so common in other stories.
